FurLinkCommunity Guidelines

Moments is where FurLink members share their pets' lives with people nearby. Keep it kind, keep it safe, and keep it about pets. There is no place on FurLink for objectionable content or abusive behaviour, and we act on it. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Share pet life around you
Your pets, walks, the dog park, a pet you met, the treats you made. Post photos and videos you took or have permission to share, and ask before posting someone else's pet up close. A pet you are remembering is welcome too.
2. Be kind
No harassment, bullying, threats or insults. No hate speech or attacks on anyone because of their race, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability or age. Disagree politely or move on.
3. Animal welfare comes first
No content that shows or encourages harming, neglecting, fighting or frightening animals. No graphic injuries or gore. If you think an animal is in danger, call the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) on 1800 476 1600 or the SPCA on 6287 5355 ext 9 (both 24 hours), then report the post to us.
4. No selling pets
Moments is not a marketplace. No selling pets, breeding or stud offers, or asking for money for an animal. Rehoming a pet with no fee is fine.
5. No ads, spam or scams
No promoting businesses, links to unrelated sites, fake giveaways, crypto or repeated posts. Providers are welcome to share their work, but bookings and payments stay on FurLink.
6. Keep it family friendly
No nudity or sexual content. Nothing about drugs, weapons or anything illegal.
7. Respect people's privacy
Don't share anyone else's address, phone number, NRIC, car plate or photos of them without their agreement. We remove location data from your photos and videos, and show only your first name and district.
8. Reporting and blocking
Tap the menu on any post, comment or pet page to report it. Reports are anonymous. We aim to review them within 24 hours, and anything reported by several members is hidden until we do. You can also block someone: you won't see each other's posts or comments.
9. What happens when rules are broken
New posts may be checked automatically before they appear. We can remove posts and comments, and suspend people from Moments. Serious or repeated breaks, or anything that puts pets or people at risk, can close a FurLink account. If your post is removed, we'll tell you why.
